Over the past decade I have worked within the healthcare system as a registered nurse. The past five years I have specialized in critical care and emergency medicine. All of this has allowed me to see the gap within the current healthcare system. There is minimal support to incorporate modalities of healing that empower the individual to step into an active role in their own health. From this perspective I have begun to broaden my training to allow me to provide integrative health options to those who seek it. To take my training and intimate knowledge of the body to a needed level of holistic care. I currently hold a certificate in Thai massage with training in gua sha and cupping from Pacific Rim College. I am a student of acupuncture attending Grant MacEwan University and a certified meditation instructor through Lifestyle Meditation. I am the owner of Videri Health, a business with focus on integrative health and wellness.
I have been practicing meditation and yoga for the last five years. Through this practice I have gained a greater connection to myself and to humanity. I have immense gratitude for all my training and experiences as it has allowed me realize my purpose of interacting and supporting those on the journey to whole balanced health.
