Jill is a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher with the YAA, an Egoscue Method ™ Certified Postural Alignment Specialist and a Nutritious Movement Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist with over 15 years teaching experience.
Candlelight Yin with Corinne McNally & Marcus Fung

A deeply nourishing Candlelit Yin yoga class led by Corinne McNally with healing sounds by Marcus Fung. You will be bathed, feel relaxed and be soothed by the healing sounds, while enjoying this grounding practice focusing on the spine and hips. Come feel the physical and emotional benefits as you connect to you, while quieting your busy mind. Set aside obligations and responsibility and connect to community.

Bhangra Dance Class with Aman Dhaliwal

Bhangra refers to several forms of folk dance and music that originated in the region of Punjab, India. Bhangra is traditionally a dance to the dhol, a large drum and lyrics that describe stories from Punjab. It is very energetic and can provide a great fitness class.
Aman Dhaliwal, is a registered social worker, who is of Punjabi decent and has performed in various events and workshops. Her love for dance has allowed her to use her traditional roots to keep fit and have fun. Come join the class that will be a fun atmosphere full of tradition and fitness all in one.

The family here at Yoga Within is always trying to think of ways to improve our schedule & classes to better fit what classes & workshops you want to see & attend. The most helpful way to do this is by your early registration for our Registered Classes & Workshops. We need a minimum number of people pre-registered for each class & workshop. Pre-registrations help us determine what classes you are still excited about & interested in & what we will keep on our future schedule. While we do our best to make as many of our classes open to drop-ins, we need to do as much pre-registration as we can so we can ensure your favourite classes run & stay on the schedule.
