In this class, we will focus on simple techniques that will stretch and strengthen your hands and feet to help you build strength and mobility. It is a gentle class suitable for everyone, whether you are an athlete, have problems with your hands and feet or simply want to give your hands and feet the attention they deserve.

Body Rolling consists of a series of routines that use 6-to-10 inch diameter inflatable balls to stretch muscles, free restrictions in the body, realign, tone and increase blood flow, to promote healing. The routines are designed to not only lengthen muscles and fascia but also improve core strength, enhance posture, flexibility and balance.  They constitute a comprehensive approach that is very compatible and supportive of a yoga practice. When used on their own, they help free the body and relax the mind.
