Whole Body Alignment Yoga 5 Day Intensive

Alignment Yoga combines the mindfulness of yoga with whole body alignment principles inspired by Restorative Exercises ™ and the Egoscue Method ™ creating a practice that may address movement patterns and habits that contribute to chronic pain and limited mobility.
Jill is a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher with the YAA, an Egoscue Method Certified Postural Alignment Specialist and a Nutritious Movement Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist with over 15 years teaching experience.
Jill’s alignment classes are always full to capacity, usually with waiting lists. Register for her 3 hour Introduction to Alignment Yoga on May 4 or for her Whole Body Alignment Yoga 5 Day Intensive from July 2 to 6!
Kid's Yoga Camp with Natasha Michaud
July 9 - 13 1:00 - 4:00pm $185 ages 6-12 years
Each afternoon kids will experience an abundance of activities that help develop new friendships, create joy, improve flexibility & strength, understand the body and calm the mind.
During this week students will have many opportunities to sample healthy snacks, play games, create art, meditate and, of course, practice some amazing yoga poses!
On the final day, we will celebrate with face painting!
All supplies, snacks and face painting are included in the cost.
Tibetan Bowls Workshop with Tara Green

Spend an evening being nourished by the healing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls. Traditional Tibetan bowls are infused with the chanting of sacred mantras as they are being formed and are believed to offer healing prayers and blessings to all beings each time their sounds are released. Crystal singing bowls provide powerful sound vibration bringing harmony to mind, body and soul. The combination of bowls together expands your experience as you journey through the healing sounds and vibrations.

Lunar Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Aly Daly

A full moon is a magical time to spend in reflection; becoming aware of what serves you and what does not, setting new heartfelt intentions, and practicing slower more meditative lunar yoga. Join us as we cultivate the lunar qualities of reflection, intuition, introspection, femininity, receptivity and illumination. During a full moon we can draw from these qualities to find inspiration to create breath, movement and meditation practices that truly align with our highest Self. Students will experience long, supported holds of Yin Yoga to encourage the body and mind to relax and gentle, soothing creative movement to release tension on all levels. To complete this workshop, Students will be guided through Yoga Nidra which induces complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Within this peaceful state, the mind remains awake to explore different states of consciousness, while stimulating rejuvenation, increasing inner strength, shifting limited thinking patterns, awakening creativity, and counteracting stress. Students of all experience levels are welcome.
