Body Rolling consists of a series of routines that use 6-to-10 inch diameter inflatable balls to stretch muscles, free restrictions in the body, realign, tone and increase blood flow, to promote healing. The routines are designed to not only lengthen muscles and fascia but also improve core strength, enhance posture, flexibility and balance. They constitute a comprehensive approach that is very compatible and supportive of a yoga practice. When used on their own, they help free the body and relax the mind.

This is the time to give Thanks for the Sun and time to honor our own inner light. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, Breath, Mantra and Meditation shed the icy layers of the shadow months and shine your inner light to grow and glow.
