Experience the flow of Ashtanga Yoga as you breakdown and dig deeper into the building blocks of this dynamic practice. In this class, you will build on the fundamentals of Ashtanga, including the breath connected to movement (known as vinyasa) and the primary series postures. Cultivate a deeper understanding of this practice as we dive in and really look at each pose from the ground up .  A basic understanding of the primary series is encouraged.

Neck & Shoulder Release with Carri Fjell

Reduce tightness and experience more ease of motion in the neck and shoulders. We will be using a full-body approach to releasing the neck and shoulders and their surrounding structures as they connect in to the torso and hips.
