Alignment Yoga Introduction

Alignment Yoga combines the mindfulness of yoga with whole body alignment principles inspired by Restorative Exercises ™ and the Egoscue Method ™ creating a practice that may address movement patterns and habits that contribute to chronic pain and limited mobility.
Jill is a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher with the YAA, an Egoscue Method Certified Postural Alignment Specialist and a Nutritious Movement Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist with over 15 years teaching experience.
Jill’s alignment classes are always full to capacity, usually with waiting lists. Register for her 3 hour Introduction to Alignment Yoga on May 4 or for her Whole Body Alignment Yoga 5 Day Intensive from July 2 to 6!
