Yoga & Body Rolling with Anita Sielecki

Body Rolling consists of a series of routines that use 6-to-10 inch diameter inflatable balls to stretch muscles, free restrictions in the body, realign, tone and increase blood flow, to promote healing. The routines are designed to not only lengthen muscles and fascia but also improve core strength, enhance posture, flexibility and balance.  They constitute a comprehensive approach that is very compatible and supportive of a yoga practice. When used on their own, they help free the body and relax the mind.

Digestive issues can have many causes and bring about unpleasant effects on our bodies. In this workshop we'll discuss the physical and energetic aspects of digestion. Then we'll move through a series of yoga poses and mudras (yoga for the hands), to stimulate, aid, and encourage healthy digestion. Participants will receive a handouts with poses and other digestive support information. *Please come with an empty stomach.*
