Registration & Cancellation Policy

PRE-REGISTERED CLASS SESSION & WORKSHOP REGISTRATION POLICY

Registration with payment is required for all workshops and Pre-registered Classes Sessions. We do not hold spaces.

I MISSED ONE OF MY PRE-REGISTERED CLASSES. WHAT DO I DO? 

Due to the nature of our preregistered session, we cannot offer make up classes. Our pre-registered sessions are specialized classes and are often offered only once a week. For this reason we are not able to offer make up classes or allow participants to carry over make up classes into the next session.

If you cancel your class yourself via the confirmation email, there is not an automatic refund to your card. Please contact the studio if you need to cancel for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DROP-IN CLASSES

If you have created an account with us you are able to cancel your classes any time prior to the start of class. Login to make any changes you might need or want.

If you do not have an account you will have to see your confirmation email to use the cancellation option, or you can email us a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start of class.

When you have to cancel your class, please note that classes purchased NOT with a pass of any kind are NOT automatically refunded. You must contact the studio for a refund. If you DO have a pass of any kind it will automatically go back on your class as long as you cancel before the start time of the class.

We do not accept cancellations of any kind after the start time of your booked class. 

PASSES

5 or 10 class passes

Do not have expiry dates. All Passes are final sale and cannot by refunded.

30 day Unlimited Passes

Begin at the date of purchase and end 30 days later. These passes cannot be extended or transferred to another month. These passes are a final sale. In the event of an illness a doctor’s note is required to consider a transfer only, no refunds will be given.

Limited Time offer passes/ Pass Sales

These limited time offer passes are valid for the date of the pass only and cannot be extended or transferred to other dates. 

PRE-REGISTERED SESSION CLASSES 

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 days before the start date of the registered class to qualify for an 80% credit to your account. A refund will only be issued in the event of illness with a valid doctor’s note. In the event of an illness prior to the registered class 80% will be refunded with a doctor’s note only.

For last minute cancellations (fewer than 10 days before) there are no refunds. In the event of a last minute illness prior to the registered class (with a valid doctor’s note only) a credit may be issued to your account to use at a later date.

No refunds will be issued after the start of a session. In the event of illness a credit may be issued to your account to use at a later date (a valid doctor’s note is required)

WORKSHOPS

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 14 days before the workshop to qualify for an 80% refund on either. Withdrawals from a workshop without advance notice may qualify for an 80% refund if the space can be filled. In the event of an illness prior to the workshop or registered class 80% will be refunded with a doctor’s note only. 

Missed workshops will not be refunded or credited. In the event of illness a credit may be issued to your account to use at a later date (a valid doctor’s note is required)
