Angie will combine Somatics, Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork to help guide you back into your body, so that you can become aware of unconscious stored stress and begin to release it. You will move, you will breathe and you will learn new practical tools that you can use in your everyday life to regulate and stay grounded so that you can be with all of life's experiences.
