Golf is a sport that demands mobility. It does not tolerate dysfunction and most of us bring some sort of imbalance to our game. Balance, rotation and stability are all important to the golf swing and are dependent on a properly functioning body. This workshop will focus on realignment of the body as it relates to golf.

Everyday Yoga for Golfers

In this class Candace will give you a set of exercise you can do everyday to help with common issue that can arise in the body during golf season.

Pre-Golf Game Yoga

Get the most out of your game by warming up effectively. In this class Candace will guide you through a series of poses designed to warmup the body for golf.

It is so important to take the time to keep realign and reset you body and mind after each game. Join Candace as she guides you through a short realignment yoga practice to release your golf game tension.
