Experience of the effects of body based stress release practices on our nervous system, physical functioning and mental health helping us return to more easeful movement, resourced states and attuned to our natural cycles to promote over all wellbeing. Each workshop in this series compliments the others.

Finding ease & flow - July 26 2PM - 4PM

Tend to stress and tension that surfaces in the body through fascia release, yoga asana, organic movement and guided meditation practices. We will explore the energy of curiosity, play and spaciousness in our bodies. Lacrosse balls will be provided in studio to use, or bring your own lacrosse, tennis or smooth small massage ball for this practice.

Restoring the bodies rhythms - August 23 2PM - 4PM

Learn about the Somatic Stress Release™ cycle and how to use this awareness to care deeply for the body and mind. Leave feeling more attuned to your natural biological cycles and empowered to honor your body’s needs. You will create your own somatic self-care toolkit to take home and build on. Bring blanket and pillow or bolster to this class.
