This NEW workshop series is designed to help you more deeply attune to the body and its needs, explore how to experience ease in movement and how to tend to the body when it is in a state of stress or overwhelm. Mindfulness, meditation, somatic movement, restorative and yin yoga and creative practices will be included. Practices can be adapted to suit many bodies and experiences.

Oct 18 - Cultivate connection & deeper relationship with the body

Learn practices to understand how the body communicates, how to listen to the body more deeply and how to respond with nourishing somatic practices.

Nov 15 - Find flow & freedom in movement

Explore why movement is an antidote to stress and how to tap into a state of lasting ease and release through somatic practices.

Dec 20 - Regulate & restore the nervous system

Nourish the relaxation response by activating the rest and relaxation system in the body to cultivate peace, grounding and healing.
