Gain insights into hip anatomy and how to ease tightness while cultivating balanced strength. Learn strategies to create more fluid movement in postures such as warrior, pigeon, and forward folds.

Protect and support one of the body’s most vulnerable joints. Explore how the knees interact with hips and ankles, and how to care for them in lunges, squats, warriors, and seated postures. Gain practical, yoga-friendly tools for resilience and long-term joint health.
