Underground parking is available at the Roots on Whyte building 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
With $1 underground parking after 5:00PM with the purchase of a class, workshop, or event.
TREATY 6 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We would like to acknowledge that our studio has made it’s home on Treaty 6 territory and that we are beneficiaries of this Treaty of peace and friendship signed in 1876.
Treaty 6 territory is a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Metis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/ Saulteaux/Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many others.
We take this time now to extend our deepest respect and gratitude to the all Indigenous people who have made Edmonton their home long before the building of our city – and to all Indigenous people who continue to make Edmonton their home.
We celebrate all we have been given, and honour our relationships and shared connection. As you journey through life remember the importance of showing respect for all of humanity and extending kindness to everyone you meet.
