It’s often the littlest things that can make the biggest difference. Our feet are  our foundation and support us every day. They give us mobility, stability and  balance. Our hands are in constant use performing daily tasks. We often neglect  our feet and hands and this can lead to problems that have a chain reaction in  the body. In this class we will focus on simple techniques to stretch and  strengthen your hands and feet as well as realignment exercises to help  integrate the whole body. It is a gentle class suitable for anyone who can get up  and down from the floor.  

Props required for class:  

  • Small soft ball (pinky ball or similar - softer than a tennis ball but about the  same size) These will be available to borrow if you don’t have one. 

  • Strap 

  • 2 foam chip blocks OR Foam Brick OR Wood Block
