This fun and engaging homeschool yoga class is designed for kids ages 8 and up to build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence—both on and off the mat. Each class blends age-appropriate yoga poses, mindful movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Students will explore balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and connect with their emotions. Classes often include creative flows, partner poses, gentle stretching, and moments of quiet mindfulness to help kids feel calm and energized.
No prior yoga experience is needed. This class supports physical wellness, emotional regulation, and healthy habits while encouraging self-expression and fun.
Perfect for homeschool students looking to move their bodies, strengthen their minds, and enjoy a positive social experience.
