This nourishing evening session includes grounding practices, gentle somatic movement, and invitations to explore slow and mindful mobility leading to stress release. The practice ends with a guided deep relaxation designed to leave you feeling more connected, restored, and attuned to your body. A variety of options will be offered in an effort to be accessible for many types of bodies. Please have a bolster and/or a pillow as well as a blanket for this class.
