Take an afternoon to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Join Kim Novotny, Angie Hubble, and Mel for a nourishing workshop that weaves together the gentle, restorative practices of yoga with the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Through mindful movement, supported rest, conscious breathing, and sound, you will be invited to release physical and emotional tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body's natural capacity for balance and ease.

This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, soften what you have been holding, and create space for renewed energy, clarity, and inner harmony.

Please Note: Fruit and chocolate offering mid way. Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask if sensitive to light, and water bottle.

Kim Novotny

For over 50 years, Kim has explored and shared practices that awaken self - awareness and invite greater ease, harmony, and flow into life. She is a passionate guide and facilitator of Conscious Connected Breathwork (Breathwave style) and Somatic Movement (Hanna style) - two gentle, complementary practices that open pathways to the inner world of body, mind, and spirit. Through Breath, Movement, and Sound, we meet our tensions with presence and compassion, allowing what is ready to soften, to release and re-integrate in a positive way. In this unfolding, we invite the nervous system toward balance and rediscover the quiet harmony of being. We create new sustainable neural pathways as we lead ourselves back home to our true essence, shining our lights even brighter as we walk forward in our worlds. I am planning on the class tomorrow at 11 am so I will see you then, best to you, kim
