Sequencing & Flow
Expand & Explore Weekend Intensive
Deepen your teaching and personal practice in this immersive weekend yoga intensive focused on the principles of intelligent sequencing and fluid class design. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, teacher-in-training, or a dedicated practitioner, this experience will help you understand not just what poses to teach, but why and how to weave them together into a meaningful, embodied journey.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore the building blocks of effective sequencing—peak pose theory, energetic arc, anatomical considerations, and creative transitions. You’ll learn how to design classes that feel purposeful, balanced, and accessible, while still offering depth and inspiration. Special attention will be given to creating seamless flow, cultivating rhythm with breath, and maintaining continuity from opening centering to final rest.
Expect a blend of discussion, movement labs, hands-on exploration, and guided teaching practice. By the end of the intensive, you’ll leave with practical tools, sample sequences, and the confidence to craft classes that are safe, intelligent, and deeply engaging—classes that invite students to move with awareness, ease, and intention.
