Somatic Slow Flow — A mindful movement practice that invites you to soften, slow down, and attune to your body’s natural rhythms.  Intentional sequences and Somatic movement and practices to help unwind tension and designed to promote nervous system regulation. 

 

Yin & Deep Fascia Release — opens the deeper layers, where long-held postures, mindful self-release and targeted myofascial release techniques help melt through resistance and restore fluidity to the tissues of the body. Together, these practices dissolve layers of holding, and create space for profound release and relaxation.
