Join Casey in diving deep towards the innermost Self, with the Introduction to Yoga Nidra workshop. Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep. A systematic approach to induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. 

This 90 minute workshop supports rest, healing, and restoration through education and discussion of the philosophy behind Yoga Nidra, followed by a guided session. Yoga Nidra works to sow the seed of change by moving through the layers of the Self until you embody your truth. You will connect to inner wisdom to find the path forward, while welcoming the guidance of your own intuition. This practice is ancient and deeply transformational, all are welcome.
