A properly functioning body has a greater potential to play better golf, as the sport does not tolerate dysfunction or imbalance. Both golf and yoga require strength, balance, alignment and movement of the body in three planes of motion - frontal plane (side to side), sagittal plane (front and back), and the transverse plane (rotation).

This workshop will incorporate alignment exercises and yoga asanas as they relate to an effective golf swing. No previous yoga experience is required.

Please bring: a strap or belt; pillow, blanket or blocks; yoga mat
