Our entire body contributes to our pelvic health. It needs the variability of strength & release as well as stability & mobility. It thrives on a pelvis that can shift and respond, mobile feet and a ribcage that moves with each breath.

In this workshop, we will explore how glute gripping, posture, breathing mechanics and other daily actions affect the function of our pelvic health. You will also nurture your shoulders, mobilize your spine & increase hip mobility. Healing involves tuning into our body – moving with awareness & dynamic coordination in a variety of ways.

 

Participants will need 2 foam blocks, a yoga mat & blanket.
