The focus of this workshop is to learn the safest & most effective stretches for the lower back, while simultaneously strengthening the deepest abdominal & pelvic floor muscles. This balance of lengthening the back while strengthening the deep inner core is so vital for feeling & moving our best (which is possible!)  Breath techniques to flatten & tone the stomach will be shared alongside strategies to relieve the low back when it falls out of balance. 

Tracy developed this program over 30+ years of working with clients of all ages, abilities, & lifestyles as former owner & lead teacher of Integration Pilates Studio. She is very excited to share this comprehensive program again!
