This 2 hour ritual will invite you to experience many layers of unfolding and the kind of deep restoration embodied by nature during the winter season. In between the full moon and winter solstice there is opportunity to connect more intentionally with somatic practice, gentle movement, restorative yoga and guided meditation and allow ourselves to be supported by the energy of the season. We will move, breathe, relax and restore our bodies, minds and hearts deeply.
Please bring a blanket and pillow as well as a bolster and blocks if possible. Dress warm and comfortable.
