Who is this for?

Reclaiming Your Authentic Self is for anyone who feels disconnected from their authenticity and/or living a life that doesn’t bring joy. This can look like staying in unhealthy relationships, working a job that you hate, or just generally feeling unsatisfied with life. This program has been created to help acknowledge and regain the unique soul expression that each of us have. This is a full mind, body and spirit experience!

The intention for this course is to help guide people home to themselves. This course will combine Somatic practices and meditation to help acknowledge old patterns and beliefs that shape our experience. It will then incorporate different modalities of movement to facilitate the release of these thoughts and feelings from where they are consciously or unconsciously stored in our bodies. Each week we will work towards building awareness within the nervous system to lay down a solid foundation and understanding of the interconnectivity of the body, mind and soul. This practice can produce small shifts in the nervous system and eventually, with time, as more capacity is created, give rise to full embodied awareness. This program can help people rediscover their true selves and in turn, start living an authentic and joyful life with their mind, body and emotions operating in harmony with one another.
