Join us for a unique four-week experience that combines the calming practice of yoga with the enriching exploration of literature. Sessions will feature gentle yoga practices followed by the discussion of an insightful novel that delves into the themes of resilience, personal growth, and aging. Together, we will cultivate well-being as we navigate the journey of aging mindfully through the synergy of movement and words.
