What to Bring
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket or light covering for warmth
An eye mask (optional) for enhanced relaxation
A water bottle for water/tea
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and relaxation
Preparation
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We recommend avoiding a heavy meal before the session to allow for easier breathwork.
Meet Corrine
Corinne - https://www.lotusmoonyoga.ca/ has been teaching yoga for 20 years. Corinne helps women balance their hormones with a unique yoga practice called Hormone Yoga Therapy,(HYT), and teaches HYT workshops in Edmonton and internationally.
She also teaches a variety of yoga classes ranging from Tweens to Seniors.
Corinne is happy to return to Yoga Within for this annual workshop with Marcus and looks forward to an evening of candles, yoga and gentle sounds.
Meet Marcus
Marcus - https://www.earthharmonysoundwellness.com/ is a classically and college trained multi instrumental sound healing artist. A composer, musician and educator blending his studies in various wholistic modalities to create transformational soundscapes for the intention of healing, self-realization, and upliftment of consciousness.
