The pelvis houses a lifetime of habits, misalignment, emotions, inhibitions & more. Our yoga practice can assist us in healing & maintaining our pelvic health with compassion and awareness. In this 8 week registered session we will focus on alignment, easing muscle tension and enhancing range of motion through yoga postures & correct breathing. The body can then be encouraged to transform into its own safe space on your journey of healing.
Participants will need 2 foam blocks, a yoga mat & blanket.
