Yoga should be fun so why not dance it up a little? In this four week registered Dance Yoga class we’ll explore our adventurous side as we flow through Hatha based asana seamlessly woven with dance steps and opportunities for creative self-expression through movement. 

Rhythm has the power to transform arduous moments of self doubt in to joyful moments of self discovery. Let’s dance the afternoon away and let the rhythm take us to that place of joyful self-discovery.
