Somatic Stress Release™️ is a way to explore how we relate to and move with stress in the body and mind. In this 5 week guided group session we will practice deepening our experience of contact with ourselves as well as feeling, sensing, and engaging with the stress response cycle in safe & supportive ways. The intention is for participants to leave feeling more connected, empowered and resourced in relation to the stress in their lives and how it moves through the body. Some of the tools we will use in this practice will include mindfulness, meditation, visualization, movement, fascia release and restorative yoga. Your instructor Rebecca Hung is a certified Somatic Stress Release™️ practitioner and a trauma informed yoga & meditation instructor among other wellness related certifications.
