This training is designed to give you both a strong foundation and real, practical experience—so you leave feeling prepared, capable, and grounded in your approach.

WHAT OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES

  • Unlimited Drop-in Classes from September 2025 to March 2026

  • 200 hours with senior teacher/facilitator Melanie Checknita, studio owner, with over 40 years of teaching experience

  • Workshops/Presentations with various yoga instructors

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of Yoga Experience

  • Minimum 18 Years Old

  • Approval & Acceptance of Application
