WHAT OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES
Unlimited Drop-in Classes from September 2025 to March 2026
200 hours with senior teacher/facilitator Melanie Checknita, studio owner, with over 40 years of teaching experience
Workshops/Presentations with various yoga instructors
