This yoga based class is all about the connection between alignment, movement and moving away from pain. Pain and discomfort in our bodies is often attributed to "getting older". In reality our sedentary lifestyle is most likely the cause as it is a big contributor to muscle imbalance. This class will stretch and strengthen our muscles through yoga asanas, alignment and restorative exercises.
This class is suitable for all levels, no yoga experience is required.
